No action can be taken to distribute a drug product in the United States until rigorous review and approval by the Food and Drug Administration has been completed. Similarly, distribution of pharmaceutical products elsewhere is subject to local laws and regulations, which vary widely from country to country, and in many cases mirror the regulations of the US FDA. The time required to obtain approval to market a drug product outside the US may be longer or shorter than that required for US-FDA approval, depending upon the local regulatory environment.

Atlas Pharma has established distribution of drug products and supplies through affiliated companies in twelve countries. Each distribution company has exclusive rights in the designated territory, which sometimes includes more than one country. We continue to seek and develop exclusive distribution relationships and welcome inquiries from established pharmaceutical distributors for exclusive partnerships and joint ventures.
